1–4 working days after a successful site survey and payment of installation + first month.
Is a site survey required?
Yes. Surveys confirm line-of-sight and best tech (fiber vs wireless). A survey fee applies when service proceeds; waived if we cannot serve you.
Who owns the equipment?
The router provided with installation is included in your setup. External subscriber units remain GeeksVille property.
How do I pay monthly?
Pay via mobile money or bank transfer (details provided on signup). Invoices are sent before renewal dates.
